Supreme Court to reject case against Ken Agyapong

 

Supreme Court to invalidate and reject case against Ken Agyapong.The treason felony,terrorism and attempted genocide charges against Mr.Kennedy Agyapong will be considered by the Supreme Court later today.

It is geared towards deciding whether to invalidate the case and thus reject it as requested by the state at the High Court. The already debated issue of the quality of lawyers prosecuting the case on behalf of the state was awakened by legal experts as matters continue.

Today will see if claim by prosecutors last month to discontinue by certiorari the case they placed before the High Court will be heared and approved of. The A-G’s action attracted widespread criticism from legal experts and reignited the debate about the quality of lawyers prosecuting cases on behalf of the state.
